## Plan policies

- **No countdown.** Free forever isn’t a fourteen-day trial with a nicer name. Nothing expires, there’s no card to enter, and no decision you have to reach before a timer runs out. Take a month with it if you want a month.
- **Your words outlive your plan.** Cancel or downgrade and every saved word, every FSRS schedule, and every review log stays exactly where it is. A downgrade deletes nothing. Past 200 words new saves stop, and everything you already built keeps running.
- **Memory is never the paywall.** Reading, lookups, reviews, and the Garden are free on every tier and stay that way. What you pay for is ingestion and generation, the parts with a real compute bill. Your own vocabulary never goes behind a card.
